Returns
We accept returns on most new and unused items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- All original packaging, hardware, and accessories must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Items that show signs of installation, damage, modification, or misuse may not qualify for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable unless defective:
- Clearance or final sale items
- Custom-built or special-order products
- Installed or used electronics
- Products damaged due to improper installation
Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
We may offer:
- Replacement parts
- Product exchange
- Store credit
- Refund where applicable
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- Wrong item was sent
- Product arrived damaged
- Product is confirmed defective

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, the order falls under the standard return process.
Certain special-order or made-to-order products may not be eligible for cancellation after processing begins.
